withdrawal pending

Well its now been 3 days that i have been waiting for my withdrawal, no emails from PayPal, no clue as to how long i will be waiting, i was charged £10 for the joy of using PayPal but still have no Funds... What the Actual!!

ihave logged this as a complaint but Paypal is not registering it as a case, still no money, i have checked with my bank and they have no details of any payment, now on day 4

So just an update, spoke to Paypal, they advised that they have a problem, they will email me within 72 hours advising of the status, they dont know when money will be released.... that will be up to 7 days waiting... any case or complaint i try to log does not register... and i am paying for this service.. any help would be great...
