hello please i have some problem in withdrawing money from my paypal to my ukraine visa card ... there is a solutions? 

and i would like to know if my paypal account have an account number and routing number for a direct desposit ..

The option to withdraw funds from a paypal account is sadly not available in your country.

That's a great question. PayPal accounts registered in Ukraine do not have account or routing numbers.
