Why I have to pay 35 USD dollar that's too much charge. can anyone tell me please explain or any reducing way as I am students its so tough for me. 35dollars is too much... is there has any way to solution???

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
