Hey,
I have been trying to get support in the error message when I try to get my credit card on file expiry date & pin updated.
spent most of March trying to get to talk to someone, finally got someone to call me back and they said they updated the new date for the card, but I am still getting messages and I confirmed the date has expired.
one of the dozen people (most of which was sending me confirmation pins at 4am) admitted there is a known issue. has it been resolved?
why is Paypal not noting the issue?
