I need help. I want to withdraw money from my account to my bank account which is Bank Central Asia. THe first withdraw few weeks ago it went through succesfully. But second time it failed and my money refunded from bank account to paypal account and my bank account automatically removed. So, I added it again but get some error "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later."
Why this happen? If I made mistake in my bank information the first withdraw will not success. Why failed in second withdraw?
