Paypal wont allow me to accept a payment because my account is under age and I need my money

Sorry, you have to be over 18 years of age to operate a PayPal account. Therefore, if your account has been limited, you'll need to wait 180 days before you can withdrawal. You can also ask the sender to dispute the transaction to get their money back and find another way to pay you.
