Someone made an unauthorized payment through PayPal. I’m guessing they’re trying to shop using my card information, the transaction in my bank is still pending. if I link my card to my currently new account, would it prevent them from using my card on their account?
same thing here i just recently added money in my paypal debit card and got a notification of a payment thats pending but i didn't do it it was unauthorized transaction. the payment was from amazon apparently please help!!!
