unable to transfer funds to my linked bank account

I am not able to transfer my funds to my already linked bank account. It keeps asking me to check my information with a red alert thing.  I did check my information and got rid ob the red alert but still not able to tranfer, it just keeps saying check information.  I was going to email to paypal but they only give me choices that do not match this issue and they do not even give me an email to contact them.  If anyone can help, please let me know, thanks.

Try clearing browser cache, history, PayPal cookies and restart device. If that don't work...

 

Contact customer service:

 

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Thank you for responding.  I did call the customer service and they were able to do it with another link which was kind of strange.  I will try to do what you said though next time it happens.  Thank you
