unable to process bank account

kind of a long story
my credit union has an option of putting transaction money that is less than one dollar into a separate account called pocket change. when paypal sent the deposited amount to my account, for some reason, the deposit split to my checking and pocket change, with an unknown amount in each one (i now have an alert set up to notify me of any money going in and out). i used up my three guesses, waited a week, and now it says that its unable to process the request and to try again later. its been saying this for a week. i looked through the forums with no luck and tried the "live chat" with no luck. i finally called customer service and they just said to come here. im at my wits end
