Impossible to activate anything. Get Sorry we can't link your account right now or Your card has been declined error messages all the time even though I have a message from PayPal saying that they have made 2 deposits and that all I have to do is confirm the account.
Since nothing is working, I want to close the account. Even this is impossible as I get a message referring me to customer service. But THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.I even deleted my billing agreement with Ebay thinking this would help, as suggested by someone here. Unfortunately, now Ebay wants me to link my payments to PayPal.
it's an infuriating vicious circle.
