I sell on ebay. I got from ebay monthly invoice on 365 pounds. I had no money on PayPal account, than PayPal tried to take money from bank account. The same I had no money on bank account. On Pay Pal site PayPal market on red I am own them 360 pounds. When my clients paid for my staff, PayPal charget this money from this red marked. 3 days ago I pay back all. The same day Pay Pal took 360 ponds from my bank account. I paid twice. Today I spend 6 hours to resolve my problem, but in PayPal working idiots. What I can to do?
If you have a negative balance then paypal will keep trying to take the funds from your bank account, so IF at the same time you send funds to your balance then x2 payments will be processing.
The first to arrive will clear the neg balance and any over that will be a + credit and the second payment will become a + credit as well.
