tried to deposit check to paypal, bad idea...

after filling out everything, entering SSN, phone, confirming address, even taking front and back images of the checks, the dumb app just pop this

"We cannot cash you check, a government issued photo ID is required."

Doesn't say how to "submit" or "show" government ID?  After entering everything and taking all the photos?  Gee is paypal app written by an elementary school student?

BTW, I have my paypal account for over 6 years, just thinking of trying to deposit check to the paypal balance.  Anyway paypal is not ready for prime time...
