You said transferred funds this morning and it said it will be in your bank in 3 days, give it a day or two more to appear. If the transfer is marked complete, it means PayPal processed your transfer already. Transfers are done in batches, goes through clearing houses and bank interchanges and also depends on your bank's processes too.
