i have a dollar account in Israel with some funds in it.
i have moved to the states and i want to transfer this money here.
any transaction through my bank will have high commission, however my Israeli credit card is tied to this account and allows me to spend Dollars directly from my Dollars account (the charges are on a monthly basis) , so i can basically use it in order to deplete the account but this is tedious.
can i transfer fund into Paypal by charging my credit cards in Dollars, and later withdraw it to my US bank Account?
