Why don't the genus PP IT guys FIX the automated transfer/add function. It is backwards, I want to add money to my account(used to be simple), now you have to enter the amount that you want to add and then a page comes up that verifies (thru text) your ID. After that the page goes right back to the enter the amount again. I am left NOT knowing whether the money is being processed or not and am afraid to do it again because my bank charges a $28 fee if I'm overdrawn. Can someone please help. The automated system is only helpful to the most simple minded wuestions and the it still just keeps you in an endless loop.
