i want to transfer money from debit to my bank account it says nothing in balance can you help me please

Cannot draw money from any card into your bank account. It's against the PayPal rules. If you have no PayPal balance, you can't withdraw at all because there is nothing to withdraw.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
