I would like to transfer some funds from my PayPal account to my bank account. I want to transfer them from euro to euro, but PayPal is not giving me this option. Last I test it, it converted it to my national currency and I lost some money on the unfavorable exchange rate. My husband told me he wrote to the PayPal customer service to allow him for this option, that was long time ago, but due to the downsize of the staff, the customer service is very limited and writing to PaylPal is not an option (which is weird). I live in the EU country. thank you for your advice.
