transfer funds but the money is still in paypal

I receive an email about the transfer, it says that the transfer is completed and wait for 3-5 business days. But why is the fund still available in paypal? is the fund refunded? or is it just normal for the fund to be visible in the available balance in paypal even though it is already transferred?

Hi @arturoc,

It sounds like you withdrew money from your PayPal balance to a bank account, but no, it's not normal for the funds to still show in the PayPal balance after a successful withdrawal.
