when i press transfer funds it comes up in bold don't see your cards or bank and when i press i can see my details then i press onto them and it says some cards and banks cant don't accept transfers yet!! i can buy items via paypal but now when i have sold something and be paid i cannot access the money any help would greatly be appreciated i have tried to ring paypal but currently a 57 minute wait to speak to an advisor
