every so often, there is a delay of 24hrs on my instant transfer to my bank account. It says they need to verify its me. Sometimes i can instantly transfer then , every so often they delay by 24hrs. Why do i need to wait for verification when ive been a customer for years and all they have to do is ask me some questions to verify on the phone. The operator said it was out of his hands and its the system. But every now and again there is no delay. This doesnt make sense.
