Sadly not as they are rival payment processors.

Also be aware of an ongoing SCAM where a buyer sends FAKE paypal messages saying you have to pay a shipping agent / courier first via another payment processor like western union BEFORE you are paid.

You will never be paid and the buyer just wants to scam you of that western union payment.

Paypal NEVER tells you to use another payment processor.

Paypal NEVER tells you to do anything until the funds are SHOWING in your paypal account balance.
