paypal support cant answer me, they just answer me in patterns and confirm the wrong cards for me. Why can such a mistake happen, I called the bank, they said that they have not received any transactions, the store also said that it is worth contacting the bank. The problem is on the paypal side. All cards have been verified, as well as my account.
