i buy from a website some things and after i pay money dispared from my account and the seller didnt get the money, on transaction details its sayd that the money its temporary hold. its the 3rd time when it happen to me in the last few days
They do this to sellers all the time. I recently disabled on welfare and food stamps stuck in a wheel chair. So I sold my iPhone on eBay for some Christmas money for my family. And they put a hold on my money. Been a PayPal customer for 15years. Pretty disappointed in PayPal
