i still receive mails about how paypal is still charging my account for card confirmation, but i dont want to put my card into paypal anymore what can i do
in my paypal is not tagged any paypal card i mean it says to add a card, please help
You can use funds in your paypal balance BUT for some transactions ie digital / virtual or higher risk AND at 'some point' anyway Paypal will ask you to add a card to act as a back up funding source and to verify your Paypal account.
