Do you mean the funds were refunded back to the buyer?

Were the funds showing in your paypal balance at all.

I am in Moldova.Dead weight I mean as much as I gave the money but to use them I could not.As if under the code of protection they were.I don't know what it's called.And after I gave the man all the data from the game, he returned the money back the next day.
