Hey guys. Today I've been trying to send money to my friend using the PayPal fnf feature. After linking my bank card I get this message: sorry, we are not able to process your request. please try again later. Can anyone please help me!😭 I've been working on this the whole day. I even tried messaging the PayPal support team but the didn't get back to me.
