should of paid my brother using friends and family but got charged fees

hi, i sent 240.00 gbp to my brother but he only recieved 231.00 (£9 fees), i do this regularly using freinds amd family button and no fees, it is possible i clicked the goods/services button by accident, is there any way i can correct this so that i can get the fees back.

Recipient has to refund you through the transaction on their end.
