sent money to myself on september 16th still on hold?

I sent $300 from my personal paypal account to my business account and i dont believe i sent it friends & family... Its been since September 16th and its still pending in my business account ive never ran into this problem before. Im not sure how or what to do. When i call paypal its IMPOSSIBLE to get to anyone.

Some help would be appreciated
