sending to a Hungary bank

i need to send a gift to hungary. but the supplier is asking a bank transfer to his bank.

can I use paypal to transfer some money in a bank account in Budapest.

You can transfer from one paypal account to another paypal account, the reciever can then withdraw to any linked bank account thats attached to their paypal account.
