hi guys. so im trying send a payment to my friend for a pair of shoes and its costing me alot but i bought a pair before that and that was alot too. so now im trying to send him the money but paypal wont let me send it
also i tried putting my debit card in my paypal today to transfer the cash but it still wont let me do it
