i have the same problem and heres what a rep just said to do (but it didnt work for me):
go to "activity" page
select transaction type, date range, and format
hit "create report"
wait for an email from them to arrive, with a link to download the report.
i spent about 20 minutes with a rep but its now an hour later and no email has arrived.
this is absolute nonsense! it used to be possible to see running balances with one click.
the rep said she would pass along my concerns to management. LOL
wish i could be of more assistance, but at least you know youre not the only one dealing with this customer-unfriendly "update."
