ridiculous wait for money from paypal

sold an item for over £300 over two weeks ago,buyer very happy,,im very happy,,feedback,delivery details all in place ,,,still my funds are on hold by paypal.buyer paid within seconds,,i sent item that day and he got it day after,,all good,,,but paypal still got the funds he paid two weeks ago on hold,,no doubt in there account making interest..its scandalous.lets see how long it takes for this post to be erased..

Ebay and Paypal are 2 separate companies and have 2 separate policies for holding funds for 'new sellers'.
If yours was an Ebay transaction then its an Ebay hold and Ebay authorise when paypal can release the funds.
Feedback does not count for payment release.

Normally for Ebays hold funds are released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 3 days (if you use Ebay / paypal postage).

My item has been delivered and my money is still on hold also. It was NOT related to EBAY in any way shape or form.
