reuest for refund ?

 i mistakenly entered the wrong info for my bank account , instead my bank account i entered my ATM CARD NUMBER , is it possible to request for full refund ? the transaction process has been completed though . even i inputed an invalid numbers is it possible the money i transferred been succesfully ? i check my account and its not yet received from the bank. please

I am sorry to know about the transfer. When a withdrawal shows completed on the system, it means that the money has been successfully sent. As you have entered card details instead of bank details, I would recommend you to contact your card issuer to find if the funds have arrived. If there's some issue with the transaction, the money will be reversed back to your PayPal account within a couple of days. If you haven't received the funds, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support to trace the funds. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
