removed bank account

there was a negative balance in my account due to a dispute, this resulted removing my bank linked to Paypal. the issue is solved now but still I cannot re-link my bank account. What do I do?

if you have had a failed bank transfer or negative balance then paypal stop you using the bank account to reduce the risk of it happening again.

you could try contacting customer services and seeing if they will add it again for you?
