refunded to .......voucher

I purchased two items from eBay and payed for them with the money being deducted from my bank account

both orders were cancelled by the sellers and refunded issued.

On my activity for both under the heading refunded to  it says voucher.

where's the voucher or why isn't this cash I'm out money and want it back

I do not think you can withdraw vouchers nor you will actually get those vouchers, unless there is some code attached to refund that you can use against your future purchases. You will have to contact seller and ask for refund to your card.
