Go Daddy charged my PP account which paid from my bank account. I got GoDaddy to refund the amount on the same day 5/8/20... On 5/11/20 PP deducted the money from my bank, and even though I can see the refund processed by PP on 5/8 I have not gotten my money back to the bank or have it sitting as a PP balance.
