I have registered on the 4-week trial course on shaw academy and before the trial period, I cancel the course but still, they have taken the payment. I try to cancel again still the account is active. I follow the procedure and cancel the course it says you will receive a confirmation email but I didn't receive any.
I try to contact the course academy but no response. It is a new type of scam that takes money without authorization. can anyone help me
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
