I am a member of the paypal since 2014 and I have never verified the payment card so far. Now I tried three times and all three times you took my 1.5e and still I can not return the money. What should I do next, how can I return money?

Check your card statement for the code > go to your paypal wallet > click on the card and confirm it with the code.

Not sure why you kept doing it 3 times though.

hi I am new user I have send money to my friend date 25/07/2020 I received message payment on hold after 10minute again message your payment is refund then I check my bank account there is no my amount debit amount but still not refund to my account I need refund my amount to account when I will receive this amount replay me
