On April 15, I referred 4000 pt to peypal.He hasn't arrived since.In the correspondence center they were told that they did not see any reference on that day.However, my bank took the money off my account.What can I do?
Somebody help me.

My problem is still not resolved.I have been contacting the message center since 19 April.

Date of Transfer:
Amount and Currency of Transfer:
Last 4 digits of Bank Account Number:
Name of Banking Institution:
Full Name of the Bank Account Holder:
Method of Top Up (for example: online, through an ATM or bank):
I sent the data, but I didn't get help.
They say they don't see anything.
Since then, this data has been processed twice, but nothing happens.
I would like to have the money on my paypal account.

My problem has not been resolved. I don't get help. They ask for the data again every day, but they don't do anything. I've sent all the data up to 4 times and now they're asking for it again. Is this help?
