received payment

I am new to PP and have a problem with transferring my payments received amounts to my bank.  Sometimes it works, and others just sit there without an option to transfer it.  I have six payments received from the same source, Dynata LLC which emanates from Opinion Outpost which is a survey site.  Is anyone familiar with my problem?  I appreciate those who take the time to respond.
