I have messaged you already two days ago and you removed the conversation without responding it.  I asked you why I cannot transfer to my bank in Philippines?  It always say "Your transfer is less than the minimum required."

No help from PayPal Help center until now.  They keep deleting my message to them.  Very frustrating.
