Hi,
So I received an email confirmation saying that "**** sent you £**** GBP). I have the transaction ID and Delivery details sent to the paypal email necessary, including all information about the item and shipping included. According to the delivery tracker (DPD) the buyer has received the goods. The buyer hasn't confirmed or got back to me and refuses to answer any of my messages or calls to confirm the payment.
I called someone at paypal help, they said the transaction ID could not be found in any of my activities.
Can someone help?
