I wanted to withdraw some funds to my bank account but I keep getting that message whenever I click continue. I was able to withdraw funds before but now that's all I keep getting. only a week ago I withdrew some funds but after 5 days of waiting, the transaction got reversed. 

 

Before I tried to withdraw again, I keep getting security questions whenever I log in, I changed my password twice. My partner admitted to me that they tried to connect our account to their PS4 account to purchase some games online, and attempted to do that for more than 5 times. can that be the reason as to why we're having this problem?
