every time i try to send money from my Yandex.Toloka account ... i get this message

(Your wallet is not verified in PayPal, so it can't be used to withdraw funds from Yandex.Toloka.)

I am able to receive funds from other sites.

Card is registered on my PayPal Account

how i can fix this problem?

Same issue here, i tried to add another bank and it was confirmed on the status. both bank account is verified but still i cannot link my account on toloka.
