"Transfer Money" option is suddenly not showing up under my balance

Why is "Transfer money" not showing up under our balance? It is usually there immediately and we manually sweep funds to the checking account.

Try clearing browser cache and cookies and restart device. If that don't work try the Money page. There should be a way to transfer funds on that page.

I all of the sudden do not have the option to request a check. I reported this a week ago and no answers yet 😞
