"Things don't appear to be working at the moment" message when attempting to add funds

I'm not able to add funds via band transfer as I get this "Things don't appear to be working at the moment" message everytime.  It's worked before recently and nothing has changed.  Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to add funds. Add funds transfers may potentially be declined if the system detects any elements of risk, for your safety. Are you able to make a payment using your bank as the payment method at the time of the payment?

Yes, in fact I was able to add funds from my bank for the same amount a couple weeks before. I tried both connected banks I use and no go.

I agree with you pay pal credit totally sucks eggs I have a 99.9 percent credit rating with Experian , no debt with other cards and always paid my bills on eBay . So pay pal credit asked me to apply there was one thing I totally disagree with pay pal credit wene applying they ask you your employment history / employed / self employed / retired / or unemployed / what about people with disability needs that’s on Benefits I worked for 40 years until I had a real bad accident . But there is no answer I can give to my application rather than unemployed . It’s a total disgrace discrimination for people with disability needs . I just hope that this does not effect my credit rating applying for this .ill be contacting Experian tomorrow to find out .
