I'm a personal account user, accessing Paypal from the UK. I've been trying to withdraw some funds from my account but keep getting the following error

There’s a problem

Right now, we’re not able to transfer the money to your bank.

And that's it -- no detail as to what the problem is or how I can resolve it, just the generic NO CAN DO! : ) message. It's really frustrating.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

Leave the account alone for a couple days and try again.

it's criminal and illegal that PP is blocking my funds .. PP should pay me for waiting for couple of days because they effectively loan my funds
