"There's a Problem" when transferring money to my bank account

I'm trying to transfer some money from Paypal to my Bank Account (USD Transferwise). I get a error message repeatedly:

Theres a problem

Right now we’re not able to complete this transaction

What is this and how can I transfer this money?

What type of bank account do you have? Is Transferwise online only account by any chance? If so you will need an actual bank account.

Thanks for your response. My PayPal is personal as is the Transfer wise account. Transgerwose already told me it is possible to transfer money from PayPal into TW.
