Hello all,
Logged in to my account. Said "$XXX" available.
Tried to transfer to my bank. "Sorry, something's not right. Try again later."
Tried again later. Same message.
Tried again later. Same message.
Called "customer service." They got into my account. Guess what? "The system is blocking the transfer because it's risky."
Wait...it's my money. I want it. Who is in control of the "system?"
Answer: "No one. It's automatic."
Wait...there is no one that controls the program?
Answer: No.
Has anyone here experienced this and if you have, have you gone looking for alternatives?

Did you find a solution? Its been giving me same message! I sell items on.Craigslist and accept payment on PayPal Payment doesn't show hold or anything! Let me cash out a $50 payment But not a $120 payment! Paypal balance shows Available amount $xxx but wont let me cash out, send it, or even pay for somthimg.using my balance
