Hi!
I have this problem which needs urgent solution.
I had a Paypal Account which I linked my bank account to but I can no longer access this Paypal account so I cannot remove the Bank Account from it, therefore I can't add it to my new Paypal Account.
I can't access the old paypal account because it's restricted or something, not because of password, so password reset doesn't work either.
Please help me, I tried contacting via phone but since it's not free and they won't pick up in 5 minutes, it charges way too much for me to afford that.

Thanks for the tip, I did write to them, however they just told me to call them directly, I showed them that I've been calling for 2 hours now and they haven't replied yet.
